Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product and Business Teams to translate needs into data science solutions
• Develop and implement ML models, GenAI products, and data analytics to optimize marketing and product strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional Data, AI, and Technology teams for seamless integration
• Explore cutting-edge methods and trends in Data Science & AI
• Communicate technical insights and recommendations to management and business stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Econometrics
• At least 3 years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist
• Proficiency in Python 3 and ML/data analysis libraries (Pandas, Numpy, Scikit-learn, etc.)
• Experience with large datasets and writing well-structured code
• Knowledge of PySpark, relational databases, and cloud solutions (Databricks, Azure, GCP, AWS, or Snowflake)
• Proficiency in Polish and English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting or marketing analytics
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data products
• Experience with data pipeline frameworks like Kedro
• Experience with CLI tools such as bash/zsh
