Data Scientist II

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI solutions to support business and operational objectives.
• Build complex algorithms to extract insights from structured and unstructured data, including images, text, and documents.
• Contribute to LLM-based and multimodal AI applications, focusing on intelligent document processing, semantic search, summarization, and RAG.
• Develop and support scalable data pipelines and engineering workflows for efficient data ingestion, transformation, and feature generation.
• Prototype and operationalize AI solutions using modern platforms like Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or Google Vertex AI.
• Apply ML Ops and LLM Ops best practices to support model development, evaluation, deployment, and continuous monitoring.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional experience in data science or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and core libraries including NumPy, pandas, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience with open-source OCR models and computer vision techniques such as image segmentation and anomaly detection.
• Familiarity with Generative AI development patterns, including embeddings, fine-tuning, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Experience with Generative AI platforms such as Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, Anthropic, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT workflows and data preprocessing.
