About the role
Responsibilities
- Define north-star metrics and measurement frameworks to evaluate the identity experience across consumer and enterprise products.
- Design and analyze experiments to optimize top-of-funnel performance, including sign-up, sign-in, onboarding, and account recovery.
- Partner with Product and Engineering teams to improve activation and authentication success while maintaining security safeguards.
- Quantify trade-offs between growth objectives and abuse prevention outcomes, such as fraud and account takeover risks.
- Develop methodologies using causal inference and observational analyses to evaluate initiatives when randomized experimentation is not feasible.
- Build source-of-truth datasets, dashboards, and analytical systems to enable scalable decision-making.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in product data science, experimentation, and product analytics.
- Expertise in designing experiments and applying causal inference methods in production environments.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python.
- Proven experience owning product funnels and driving improvements through measurement.
- Ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear recommendations for technical partners and senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on identity, authentication, trust and safety, fraud, or abuse prevention.
- Experience solving ambiguous, cross-functional problems in a fast-paced environment.
