Data Scientist I

Responsibilities

• Contribute to statistical modeling, trial operations, data quality, and decision support explorations
• Transform messy, multi-source clinical data into trustworthy, reproducible, and well-documented analysis
• Communicate uncertainty, assumptions, and confidence levels clearly to clinical and operational partners
• Track how analyses inform decisions and use feedback to strengthen future work
• Collaborate with clinical, statistical, engineering, and product teams to understand real-world data context

Requirements

• Foundation in applied statistics and data science
• Proficiency with Python, pandas, and SQL
• Experience working with messy, multi-source datasets
• Ability to communicate uncertainty and data limitations clearly
• Comfort working cross-functionally and translating analysis into practical implications
• Advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative or scientific field
