Responsibilities

• Own GTM data models and pipelines, building and maintaining a consistent semantic layer
• Run deep-dive analyses on revenue drivers, funnel conversion, segment performance, and rep productivity
• Optimize forecasting, quota, and capacity models used by leadership
• Define AI-first data interactions for GTM, including self-serve capabilities and governed dashboards
• Partner with product Data and Enterprise Engineering teams to ensure data consistency and availability

Requirements

• Exceptional SQL skills and fluency with large, complex datasets
• Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines and models
• Proficiency in building forecasting, quota, or capacity models using code and spreadsheets
• Comfort with experimentation and causal inference
• Ability to operationalize metrics and tooling for non-technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical judgment with the ability to move between high-level strategy and granular detail
• High ownership mindset with a bias toward building durable systems
