Responsibilities
- Own GTM data models and pipelines, building and maintaining a consistent semantic layer
- Run deep-dive analyses on revenue drivers, funnel conversion, segment performance, and rep productivity
- Optimize forecasting, quota, and capacity models used by leadership
- Define AI-first data interactions for GTM, including self-serve capabilities and governed dashboards
- Partner with product Data and Enterprise Engineering teams to ensure data consistency and availability
Requirements
- Exceptional SQL skills and fluency with large, complex datasets
- Experience building and maintaining production data pipelines and models
- Proficiency in building forecasting, quota, or capacity models using code and spreadsheets
- Comfort with experimentation and causal inference
- Ability to operationalize metrics and tooling for non-technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical judgment with the ability to move between high-level strategy and granular detail
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward building durable systems
