Data Scientist, GTM

Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted partner to Product, Growth, and Commercial teams to design and implement data science solutions that drive revenue acceleration.
• Lead exploratory analyses to identify revenue levers, uncover emerging trends, and operationalize insights into repeatable workflows.
• Develop and manage revenue forecasting models and performance insights, including pipeline health and conversion drivers.
• Apply advanced causal inference techniques (such as DiD, synthetic control, and DoubleML) to estimate impact and inform strategy.
• Design and deploy AI-enabled solutions across the sales and customer lifecycle to support sales effectiveness and retention.
• Communicate technical findings and data-driven recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of industry experience and an advanced degree (MS or PhD) in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or Economics.
• Technical proficiency with SQL and Python and/or R.
• Proven experience with causal inference and revenue forecasting.
• Strong analytical intuition and the ability to translate complex business questions into impactful analytic projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence commercial strategy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Databricks or similar cloud data platforms/warehouses.
• Familiarity with Hex or other notebook-based analysis tools.
• Background in B2B business models, CRM, pipeline, or RevOps data.
• Experience mentoring analysts or data science talent in fast-paced startup or fintech environments.
