Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Leverage Esri ArcGIS Enterprise portals to analyze databases and develop automation solutions
• Design and build customized visualizations and dashboards using Python libraries like Pandas, Plotly, and Dash
• Develop advanced AI/ML models and predictive solutions to identify patterns in diverse datasets
• Create automated data processing pipelines and repeatable analytic workflows
• Translate customer requirements into actionable technical solutions and resource plans
• Mentor team members and conduct peer reviews to ensure technical quality
• Present technical findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• 10+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics
• Expert proficiency in Python and the data science ecosystem (Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, Plotly, Dash, Bokeh)
• Hands-on experience with Esri solutions (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, Enterprise portals)
• Experience supporting Intelligence Community operations
• Demonstrated experience in data mining and database manipulation
• Strong communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, AI, Statistics, or GIS
• Experience supporting NGA or GEOINT-focused organizations
• Advanced visualization experience in network, graph, or matrix analytics
• Proficiency in SQL for large dataset analysis
• Experience with deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras
• Familiarity with cloud computing, containerization, and DevSecOps
