Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Lead development and sustainment of advanced analytic models, dashboards, and data visualization products
• Analyze large structured and unstructured datasets to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to define business requirements and recommend data-driven solutions
• Develop and maintain automated workflows, scripts, and reporting solutions using Python
• Support risk scoring models, operational analytics, and mission assurance initiatives
• Create executive-level briefings and visualizations to communicate findings
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to modernization initiatives

Requirements

• Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph
• 10+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or GEOINT/IC operations
• Expert knowledge of data analytics, modeling, and visualization principles
• Experience with Tableau, SharePoint, and Redmine
• Coding experience with Python, Java, or related scripting languages
• Experience with geospatial technologies such as ArcGIS, ArcView, or ERDAS
• Strong communication skills for briefing senior leadership

Preferred Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Business
• Experience supporting insider threat or risk management programs
• Experience with GEOINT analysis and IC mission environments
• Familiarity with AI/ML methodologies and predictive analytics
