Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Automate processing of large forensic images and extract/enrich metadata
• Build and maintain production data pipelines and ETL/ELT workflows at scale
• Design and implement data solutions in a fast-paced Agile Scrum environment
• Work with stakeholders to understand data requirements and assess feasibility
• Debug data quality issues, pipeline failures, and performance bottlenecks

Requirements

• TS/SCI + Poly clearance
• Experience with Apache Spark and PySpark
• Advanced Python programming (Pandas, NumPy)
• Experience with workflow orchestration (Airflow, Step Functions)
• Proficiency with AWS services (S3, Lambda, Step Functions)
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Podman)
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices
