Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze statistics from multiple sources to identify trends and provide competitive advantages
• Strategize and identify unique opportunities to locate and collect new data
• Explore and mine data to determine meaningful insights
• Communicate data findings to customers to meet business challenges
• Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to scale data management and analytics procedures
• Identify and recommend new uses for existing data sources and build new data processes
• Implement or enhance software for efficient data handling
• Conduct scalable data research on and off the cloud
• Build large and complex data sets
• Deliver products within a 24 to 72-hour turnaround for mission-critical support

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data science with a focus on geospatial data analysis
• Experience in statistical modeling, experimental design, and predictive model validation
• Experience with data visualization tools for interactive products
• Proven experience supporting military tactical operations
• Ability to perform effectively in high operational environments
• Experience with non-pixel, non-semantic sensor data (e.g., AIS, ADS-B, ADINT)
• Must be a US citizen residing in the contiguous United States

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with GIS tools such as QGIS or ArcPro
• Experience with Python geospatial tools like GeoPandas
• Knowledge of intelligence, collection management, targeting, and imagery analysis
• Specialized intelligence certifications such as GEOINT Professional or Activity-Based Intelligence
