Data Scientist - Gen AI

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced solutions utilizing Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Take ownership of end-to-end solutions, from design and testing to deployment and maintenance.
• Conduct research to stay informed about the latest developments in generative AI and LLMs.
• Develop and maintain code libraries, tools, and frameworks to support generative AI development.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining high code quality standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and integrate software into core systems.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) including use case classification, topic modeling, Q&A, chatbots, and summarization.
• Proficiency with Generative AI tools such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, vector databases, and prompt engineering (COT, TOT, ReAct, agents).
• Experience with SaaS LLMs via Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, or AWS Bedrock.
• Familiarity with open-source LLMs and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of LLM fine-tuning techniques such as PEFT, RLHF, and quantization.
• Proficiency in Python, Docker, FastAPI/Django/Flask, and Git.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.

Preferred Qualifications

• Cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with Computer Vision or Audio analysis, including image generation and video analysis.
• Experience managing data annotation workflows and GPU utilization.
