Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and trends
• Develop and implement data models and algorithms to enhance game performance and user experience
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate data-driven decision-making into the game development process
• Design and conduct A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features and improvements
• Monitor and optimize in-game metrics to ensure player satisfaction and retention
• Provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis to improve game engagement and monetization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related department from a reputable university
• 2+ years of work experience as a data scientist
• Strong knowledge of statistical methods, machine learning algorithms, and data visualization techniques
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Advanced SQL skills
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills for presenting complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for gaming and understanding of player behavior and game mechanics
