About the Company

Forus is building an AI-powered network that connects doctors, pharmacies, payers, and biopharma to accelerate new science to patients. Our platform automates the complexity between a doctor prescribing a medicine and a patient starting treatment, including insurance coverage, financial assistance, and supply chain navigation.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic projects through deep data analysis and end-to-end execution
• Source and use industry and market data to shape go-to-market and growth strategies
• Leverage internal workflow data to predict operational throughput and prioritize automations
• Prototype new modeling approaches to AI problems in collaboration with Engineering
• Build unified user interaction models to define product roadmaps
• Create and iterate on externally facing data products for key partners
• Establish core data sources and metrics to empower real-time business decision making
• Partner directly with the CEO and leadership team on business decisions

Requirements

• Advanced degree in a quantitative field or 4+ years of experience in an analytics-heavy role
• Strong technical background in SQL and Python
• Ability to bring clarity to ambiguous problems and lead high-impact projects
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for internal and external stakeholders
• Proven track record of moving quickly and delivering on goals
