Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain production-grade GenAI applications and pipelines using Python, MLflow, and Databricks.
• Develop AI-powered solutions including conversational AI, LLM-driven data enrichment, and multimodal processing systems (audio, image, and text).
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested production Python code, including automated tests, monitoring, and guardrails.
• Build and orchestrate data and AI workflows in Databricks, including model serving endpoints and custom applications.
• Leverage cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) to provision, deploy, and scale AI services.
• Drive projects from proof of concept through production deployment and ongoing optimization.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of industry experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineering.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining customer-facing GenAI applications in production.
• Experience with modern LLM architectures, including RAG, tool calling, and agents.
• Proficiency in Python and libraries such as Transformers and various LLM provider SDKs.
• Experience working in Databricks or similar cloud-based data and AI platforms.
• Strong skills in PySpark, Pandas, and SQL for working with large, structured datasets.
