Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Act as a first-class thought partner to product, business, finance, and executive teams to guide strategic decision-making
• Use quantitative analysis and data presentation to understand business drivers and marketplace dynamics
• Build full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Python, R, or other scripting tools
• Identify and measure key levers to move essential metrics and provide actionable recommendations
• Use statistical techniques, hypothesis testing, and experimentation to validate findings
• Provide insights to help cross-functional teams understand user behaviors and long-term trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related quantitative role
• Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python or R
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with basic ETL processes
• Experience with experimentation techniques, such as A/B testing and Causal Inference
• Knowledge of regression techniques and statistical hypothesis testing
• Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualization tools
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems in a structured, hypothesis-driven manner
