Responsibilities

• Use quantitative analysis and data presentation to understand business drivers
• Build full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, R, Python, or other tools
• Mentor junior analysts on advanced methods and problem-solving
• Produce recommendations using statistical techniques and hypothesis testing
• Provide insights to help leaders understand marketplace dynamics and user behaviors
• Identify and measure levers to move essential metrics
• Collaborate with engineering to implement, document, validate, and monitor logging
• Build executive-facing dashboards to track progress against goals

Requirements

• Degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a similar domain
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a related role
• Experience with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, and regression models
• Expertise in SQL, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in statistical packages such as Matlab, R, SAS, or Python
• Proficiency in analytics and visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Chartio
• Ability to solve ambiguous problems in a structured, hypothesis-driven way
• Ability to work in the São Paulo, Brazil office
