Responsibilities

• Translate operational problems into analytical and modelling approaches
• Develop ML models, statistical methods, and optimisation solutions
• Design and build AI products leveraging agentic workflows and LLMs
• Build MVPs and iterate them into production with engineers
• Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate results clearly

Requirements

• M.sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or Engineering
• 2–4 years of industry experience working with ML/statistical models
• Experience implementing predictive models or optimisation algorithms in production

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in Python prototyping
• Understanding of MLOps, CI/CD, and model monitoring
• Interest in LLMs and RAG technologies
