Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer analysis deep dives to provide actionable insights
• Integrate disparate datasets and conduct thorough data preparation for complex analyses
• Manage and mentor a team of analysts, supporting their technical and career development
• Apply advanced data science methods to deliver strategic recommendations to clients
• Independently manage data science projects and ensure successful delivery
• Develop and manage code used for various analytics purposes
• Communicate findings and insights effectively to stakeholders and clients

• Proven experience in data preparation and integrating complex datasets
• Strong background in applying data science methods and statistical modeling
• Experience in team management and mentoring junior analysts
• Proficiency in code development for analytics purposes
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead client deliveries
