Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design, validate, and productionize advanced machine learning and deep learning models for credit risk, propensity modeling, and fraud detection
• Optimize and tune machine learning algorithms for performance and scalability within production pipelines
• Develop and maintain monitoring frameworks to track model performance and detect data or concept drift
• Analyze large, complex datasets from distributed databases using big data technologies like Scala-Spark/PySpark
• Research and implement innovative modeling techniques and contribute to building agentic systems for data science automation

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in data science or machine learning (or 2+ years with a Master's degree)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field
• Proficiency in Python or R
• Experience working with large datasets and distributed computing tools
• Strong foundation in machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling
• Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional product and engineering teams
