About the role

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain multi-touch attribution (MTA) models, including touch-order aware and channel-weighted models with incremental lift quantification.
  • Develop cohort-level LTV/CAC scoring models using transaction signals and behavioral features.
  • Design holdout and matched-market test frameworks to measure incrementality across CTV, display, paid search, and social channels.
  • Develop SHAP-based feature importance pipelines and behavioral micro-cohort clustering using unsupervised and semi-supervised methods.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design AI-powered audience authoring and measurement intelligence frameworks.
  • Translate complex model outputs into actionable business narratives for VP- and C-level marketing stakeholders.

  • Experience with at least one deep learning framework for production model development.
  • Deep expertise in multi-touch attribution (MTA), media mix modeling (MMM), and incrementality testing.
  • Proven experience building LTV, propensity, and CAC models using financial or behavioral data.
  • Proficiency in SQL across cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift.
  • Experience operating within data clean rooms and designing models for privacy-preserving aggregates.
  • Strong statistical foundations in causal inference, Bayesian methods, and experimental design.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience designing AI-augmented analytics workflows using LLM APIs for signal summarization or structured output.
  • Familiarity with walled garden measurement environments like Google ADH, Meta Analytics API, or Amazon Attribution.
  • Experience with graph-based modeling (e.g., Neo4j, Amazon Neptune) for identity linkage or household modeling.
  • Demonstrated expertise in identity resolution and cross-device attribution at scale.

Benefits

  • Paid time off including vacation, company holidays, personal days, and sick leave.
  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage.
