Responsibilities

• Deliver measurable business impact by owning end-to-end data science projects
• Use analytics, experimentation, and machine learning to solve business problems
• Contribute to personalization and recommendation systems to improve member experience
• Partner with Product, Business, Data, and Engineering teams to turn questions into actionable insights
• Scale team capabilities through reusable datasets, features, and documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data science, analytics, and machine learning
• Ability to break down ambiguous business questions and identify data solutions
• Experience building and evaluating predictive models (feature engineering, validation, etc.)
• Experience with experimentation and A/B testing
• Strong Python and SQL skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, or Redshift)
• Experience with Looker or other BI tools
• Experience in consumer technology, fintech, or marketplaces
