Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Design and implement LLM-powered solutions for HR and commercial use cases, including CV ingestion and candidate matching.
• Develop intelligent automation, semantic search, and anomaly detection solutions.
• Train, deploy, and manage machine learning models using MLflow and Databricks.
• Build advanced pricing, discount, and elasticity modelling to drive commercial decision-making.
• Create Power BI dashboards and executive-ready business insights to translate complex data into strategic recommendations.
• Manage Git-based workflows and collaborate with technical and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning roles.
• Proven experience building AI and LLM-powered solutions.
• Hands-on experience with MLflow and Databricks.
• Strong analytical and statistical modelling experience.
• Proficiency with Power BI and data visualisation tools.
• Strong technical skills in Python and SQL.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to semantic search and NLP solutions.
• Experience with Azure AI Services and Generative AI frameworks.
• Proficiency in PySpark and cloud-based analytics platforms.
• Experience with customer analytics and pricing optimisation models.
