Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Develop and standardize metrics and dashboards to identify product trends and generate business hypotheses
• Design experiments and interpret results to draw impactful conclusions for product development
• Automate reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs) for various products and services at scale
• Partner with product managers to test hypotheses and refine product ideas
• Collaborate with engineering teams to improve the availability, integrity, and reliability of data pipelines
• Leverage AI tools to build and automate workflows and increase insight efficiency
• Communicate complex data results clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements

• 2+ years of industry experience in data analytics (with a Master's degree) or 3+ years (with a Bachelor's degree)
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, and database concepts
• Strong understanding of statistical concepts and basic statistics
• Experience with BI software such as Domo, Tableau, or Looker
• Familiarity with the cryptocurrency ecosystem
• Proven track record of performing data analysis using scripting languages
• Ability to work onsite at our Bangalore office (Monday to Friday)
