Data Scientist

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for value creation through Data Science and GenAI.
• Develop machine learning models and apply AI techniques to drive commercial value for the Corporate Bank.
• Leverage AWS services for data transformation, feature engineering, and AI product development and deployment.
• Communicate complex technical concepts and insights to stakeholders using data visualization.
• Collaborate with ML Ops teams to streamline the path from model development to production.
• Perform data cleaning, wrangling, and transformation to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.

Requirements

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Data Science, a related field, or equivalent commercial experience.
• Proven experience working with senior stakeholders across the full data science lifecycle.
• Commercial experience applying machine learning techniques such as clustering, classification, regression, and NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to write production-standard code.
• Familiarity with AWS data science and AI services, specifically SageMaker and Bedrock.
• Solid understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the RAG framework.
• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with front-end development frameworks like Angular, React, Flask, or Streamlit.
• Knowledge of MVC Architecture.
• Experience working with Agentic AI.
• Experience working in big data environments using PySpark.
