Data Scientist, B2B

Responsibilities

• Partner with product, engineering, and research teams to shape AI-powered enterprise products
• Define metrics and measurement frameworks for AI agents, automation workflows, and enterprise adoption
• Analyze organizational usage of AI tools to identify opportunities for improved product experience and business impact
• Drive insights regarding enterprise adoption, retention, and value realization
• Inform product decisions around agent orchestration, enterprise workflows, and AI productivity tools
• Design experiments and evaluations to improve AI system performance and user outcomes

Requirements

• Strong product analytics or data science experience
• Deep curiosity about AI systems and their impact on work
• Ability to work closely with product and engineering teams in 0→1 product environments
• Strong analytical skills, including experimentation, behavioral analysis, and product metrics
• A builder mindset with a desire to shape products rather than just analyze them

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with B2B SaaS or enterprise analytics
• Experience with developer platforms, APIs, or technical products
• Background in AI/ML systems, agent frameworks, or LLM-based products
• Systems thinking regarding complex tools and workflows operating at scale
