Data Scientist & Analyst

Responsibilities

• Build and improve approval and limit management strategies
• Collect and clean data to build analytical datasets for analysis and reporting
• Assess new data sources for potential use and build new features for ML models
• Evaluate ML model performance and experiment with new modeling approaches
• Set up AI agent flows to automate or augment business processes
• Build financial models to forecast new product profitability
• Design and execute experiments to test policy effects
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement policies and communicate findings to stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, etc.)
• Proficiency with analytical tools such as Excel, Jupyter Notebook, or Databricks
• Familiarity with SQL and Python (or a strong willingness to learn quickly)
• Working proficiency in English
• Less than 2 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
