About the role
Responsibilities
- Own business unit specific problem statements to deliver value using agentic AI workflows and domain LLMs
- Conduct LLM research and fine-tuning, including model evaluation, prompt optimization, and data curation
- Develop and maintain evaluation frameworks, taxonomies, and frontier model buildouts
- Build and maintain knowledge graphs and embeddings for semantic search and reasoning
- Develop inference engines for scalable, low-latency serving of tuned models and agentic workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy scalable AI solutions in production environments
- Conduct experiments and benchmarks to ensure model performance and robustness
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in applied machine learning or NLP
- Hands-on experience with LLMs, GenAI, or NLP at production scale
- Strong understanding of graph databases (e.g., Neo4j, RDF, DGL) and knowledge graph construction
- Proficiency in Python and ML libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and MLOps practices
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior professional work specifically focused on agentic AI
