Data Science PhD Intern

Responsibilities

• Research and propose solutions to challenging science problems in an evolving environment
• Collaborate with engineering and product leadership to prioritize a long-term roadmap of science breakthroughs
• Partner with the engineering team to integrate and deploy research in production
• Conduct regular internal science reviews

Requirements

• Pursuing a PhD in artificial intelligence, NLP, machine learning, data science, or math
• Programming skills and familiarity with modern ML frameworks
• Strong problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
• Passion for scientific and technical excellence

Preferred Qualifications

• Research or strong interest in NLP, machine translation, self-supervised learning, active learning, computer vision, statistics, or causal inference
• Track record of reporting and disseminating research results
