Data Science Manager

Responsibilities

• Build a long-term technical vision for the team that aligns with business goals and scales effective AI solutions
• Inspire, mentor, and coach engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery, balancing development velocity and code quality
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to translate business needs into technical realities
• Participate in architectural and scientific discussions and contribute to feature implementation and code reviews

Requirements

• Experience managing software or data teams with a track record of mentoring engineers and scientists
• Strong background in Statistics or AI/ML
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies
• Ability to apply the scientific method to engineering challenges
• Excellent command of English
• Experience with the full development lifecycle and scalable product solutions
