About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a high-performing team of Data Scientists
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical ML models
- Shape the strategic roadmap for the Payment Intelligence space
- Drive cross-functional impact by working with Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers
- Influence Senior Leadership by communicating ML strategy and business value
Requirements
- 2+ years managing Data Scientists in complex domains
- Strong expertise in Python and SQL
- Experience with the full model lifecycle from prototype to production
- Ability to navigate technical trade-offs and communicate with stakeholders
- Familiarity with deep learning and complex model architectures
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Fintech, Fraud Prevention, or Payments
