Data Science Lead Talent Insights

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level people analytics initiatives across workforce, talent, DEI, learning, performance, and retention
• Design, build, and maintain predictive and statistical models using Python or R to address attrition risk, hiring demand, and promotion readiness
• Partner with HRIT and data engineering teams to automate data pipelines into Workday Prism and AWS data lakes
• Develop advanced dashboards and visualizations using Power BI and Tableau to support executive decision-making
• Translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable insights and executive-level narratives
• Support AI-driven and automation initiatives leveraging GenAI and related technologies
• Mentor team members to elevate the organization's people analytics and data science maturity

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
• 5–8 years of experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, or Data Science
• Proficiency in Python or R for data analysis, modeling, and automation
• Proven experience with predictive modeling and advanced statistical analysis applied to workforce data
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Experience working with Workday or Workday Prism Analytics
