Responsibilities
- Design and run experiments to measure incrementality and lift in creator marketing
- Build a measurement playbook including holdouts, geo-experiments, and matched markets
- Partner with buy-side operators on retargeting strategy and audience quantification
- Translate analytical findings into brand-facing case studies and internal product decisions
- Drive adoption of measurement frameworks across sales, creator partnerships, and leadership
- Evaluate hypotheses regarding sponsored content conversion factors like pacing and placement
- Establish measurement foundations, instrumentation, and data quality standards
Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience in data science, ad measurement, or analytics
- Proficiency in Python or R for statistical analysis and modeling
- Fluency in SQL
- Experience with data collection, APIs, and digital platform integration
- Practical knowledge of incrementality testing and causal inference
- Experience in creator monetization, measurement vendors, or brand measurement teams
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Data Science, Statistics, Math, or Computer Science
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with cross-platform measurement (YouTube, TikTok, Meta)
- Experience shipping real-world geo-experiments or matched-market tests
- Experience working closely with creators or talent
