Data Quality Management Employee Expert

Responsibilities

• Manage employee master data in ERP systems including personal info, pay rates, and tax IDs
• Perform financial mapping to cost centers and business units for labor cost tracking
• Support payroll and HR processes by ensuring data reliability for salary and tax calculations
• Manage system access permissions and ensure compliance with GDPR and financial audits
• Troubleshoot data transfer errors between HR and financial systems
• Oversee data validation and quality management for data warehouse reporting
• Coordinate risk management and internal control activities for Global Business Services (GBS)
• Drive process optimization, automation, and digitalization through tools like Power BI and Tableau
• Lead transformation projects and facilitate training/knowledge sharing across regions

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or HR Management
• 3–5 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or HR analytics
• Proficiency in SAP HCM/FI, Workday, or Oracle Cloud
• Expert-level MS Excel skills for financial modeling and risk assessment
• C1/C2 level English fluency for business negotiations and management analysis
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Experience working in matrixed organizations with diverse stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Record to Report (R2R) or Payroll functions
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA
• Ability to link non-financial metrics to financial results
