About the role
Responsibilities
- Ensure products meet quality and efficiency standards
- Manage spam and competitor sections
- Review listings manually, via XML Feed, or XLS to verify price, location, type, and purpose
- Review and process spam and bounced emails
- Perform image QA according to guidelines
- Update competitor counts and client details in CRM
- Verify details of newly registered agents on the Portal
- Update location and XML feed mapping daily
- Conduct daily website audits to ensure data quality
- Report new localities to the relevant department
Requirements
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
- University graduation
- Experience in data management and data entry
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
