Data Quality Execution Analyst

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end management of data quality items across all lifecycle phases including intake, analysis, and resolution.
• Review new submissions and coordinate with reporters to ensure alignment with firmwide data quality definitions.
• Facilitate root-cause analysis and collaborate with product owners and upstream/downstream partners.
• Partner with business process owners, technology stakeholders, and control managers to progress remediation items within SLAs.
• Monitor aged items, SLA breaches, and roadblocks, escalating issues to leadership as necessary.
• Prepare governance materials, including metrics, status updates, and breach rationales for high-priority items.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through thematic reviews, training, and the development of job aids.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial services, data management, project coordination, or business analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Visio.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with diverse stakeholders at various levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior exposure to data governance, data quality, or operational risk management frameworks.
• Familiarity with Treasury or Finance functions such as capital management or regulatory reporting.
• Experience with workflow management, ticketing tools, or data visualization tools like Qlik or Tableau.
• Knowledge of the CORE (Compliance and Operational Risk Evaluation) framework.
• Proficiency with collaboration platforms such as Confluence or SharePoint.
