Data Quality Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Consolidate guidelines, processes and parameters for conducting business analysis to ensure a consistent approach
• Coordinate with Technology departments to understand specific business requirements for analytics
• Identify suitable data resources across internal departments for effective collection and analysis
• Support identification and coordination with external vendors and market research agencies
• Perform data cleaning and standardization to ensure adherence to quality standards
• Stay updated on business intelligence tools and share insights with the Master Data Quality Manager
• Develop and submit weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports to facilitate decision making

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Quality Analyst or in a related field
• Proficient in SQL, Python, or ETL tools for data profiling and analysis
• Strong understanding of data management, governance, and quality best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and collaborative skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Certified Data Privacy Solutions Engineer (CDPSE)
• Experience in IT, Data Solutions, Networking, or Cybersecurity
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization tools
• Familiarity with data privacy and regulatory compliance standards
