Data QA Engineer

Responsibilities

• Act as the front-door for MDM queries, triaging and investigating issues like duplicates or attribute corrections
• Plan and execute data cleansing sprints for Party, Risk, and Reference domains
• Operate Stibo STEP for stewardship workflows, match/merge, and golden-record maintenance
• Monitor data quality via dashboards and scorecards to identify patterns and raise prevention actions
• Support validation of data model or rule changes in lower environments and assist with UAT
• Maintain documentation including how-to guides, FAQs, and known-issue playbooks

Requirements

• 2–5 years of hands-on MDM or data operations experience
• Experience in customer/party and reference data domains
• Proficiency in data profiling and analysis
• Basic knowledge of Excel and SQL
• Ability to read data models and identify root causes
• Experience using ticketing systems like ServiceNow or Jira
• Strong communication skills for technical and business audiences
