Data Protection Officer

Responsibilities

• Ensure the security of personal data processing within the group
• Inform about new legal obligations regarding data and monitor compliance
• Advise the Data Controller on obligations related to personal data processing
• Conduct awareness-raising activities and provide training for data processing personnel
• Act as a contact point for matters related to personal data processing
• Perform risk analyses and impact assessments
• Review documentation in the area of personal data protection and supervise the accuracy of registers (procedures, guidelines, instructions, agreements, and data processing agreements)
• Serve as the Data Protection Officer for companies within the Platforma Compliance Polska group
• Participate in the operational implementation of systems to integrate data protection into business units
• Collaborate with the ADEO and other group companies to implement agreed-upon recommendations
• Conduct systematic audits, formulate post-audit conclusions, and monitor the implementation of recommendations
• Review projects related to personal data processing and recommend risk mitigation actions

Requirements

• Higher education degree (preferably in Law, Compliance, Administration, or Data Protection)
• Knowledge of Personal Data Protection (GDPR)
• Advanced English language skills (minimum B2)
• Proactive approach and ability to create new business solutions
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
