Data Protection & DLP Design Expert

Responsibilities

• Translate data classification requirements into practical, enforceable technical controls
• Design DLP coverage across endpoints, email, web, and cloud environments
• Ensure seamless DLP integration with Email Gateways, MDM, endpoint agents, and CASB solutions
• Review existing DLP and backup architectures against industry best practices and NCA ECC standards
• Define secure baselines, including policy settings, exception handling, and encryption alignment
• Develop SOC/SIEM monitoring use-cases for detecting data exfiltration and policy violations
• Produce audit evidence, runbooks, SOPs, and training materials for knowledge transfer

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic
• 6 years of experience in data protection, DLP design, and governance
• Deep understanding of data classification frameworks and operationalizing them into controls
• Proven experience with NCA ECC compliance standards
• Experience defining monitoring and incident response use-cases for SOC/SIEM teams
• Strong documentation skills for creating technical SOPs and audit artifacts
• Excellent communication skills for delivering training to internal teams
