Data Projects Analyst

Responsibilities

• Manage and complete complex data conversion projects from third-party systems and custodial data partners
• Partner with Sales and Services teams to align on project cost estimates, deliverables, and client outcomes
• Develop and improve Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks to interact with APIs
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to implement process improvements and tooling enhancements
• Maintain team resources, procedural documentation, and accurate metrics for internal analytics

Requirements

• Prior experience in the financial investment, advisory, or technology industry
• Strong understanding of capital markets and portfolio accounting
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a team-player mentality
• Proficiency in Python and SQL
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, Pandas, and Requests
• Familiarity with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
• Experience using Salesforce, Bloomberg, or Thomson Reuters
• Knowledge of Google Suite
