Responsibilities

• Pilot Data activity and ensure operational follow-up of projects
• Operationally manage a team organized into two poles
• Challenge teams on proposed solutions and technical choices
• Estimate workloads, calculate implementation costs, and secure schedules
• Animate the new DATA model within Macif Finance Épargne
• Support teams during design phases and assist Product Owners in business relations
• Guarantee the quality and compliance of incoming and outgoing deliverables
• Lead business workshops and task forces during incidents or critical situations

Requirements

• Hybrid profile combining project management and technical Data expertise
• Mastery of ETL/ELT processes (design, implementation, industrialization)
• Expertise in SQL (e.g., DATAIKU)
• Expertise in data modeling (MCD, dimensional model)
• Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau
• Expert level in Atlassian Jira
• Advanced level in DATAIKU
• Confirmed experience in Data Science and RPA
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with BO / SAS in a migration context
• Knowledge of the life insurance industry
