Data Program Analyst

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, implementation, and management of data programs
• Collect and manage data from various sources ensuring accuracy and integrity
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs and program outcomes
• Analyze program data to identify trends, challenges, and opportunities for improvement
• Support stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective data sharing
• Prepare presentations and reports to convey complex data clearly
• Stay updated with industry trends in data analytics and program management

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analysis or program management
• Proficiency in SQL
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience with Python or R is a plus
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus
