About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own the data product roadmap and align priorities with business goals
  • Lead prioritization using value, impact, effort, risk, and dependency frameworks
  • Partner with data engineering on data modeling, pipeline design, and scalable architecture
  • Maintain a prioritized product backlog with defined epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
  • Support agile delivery by clarifying requirements and removing blockers
  • Lead discovery efforts through stakeholder engagement and usage analysis
  • Translate business needs into product requirements and success metrics
  • Champion data governance standards including quality, lineage, and compliance
  • Promote data literacy across the organization

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in data product management, analytics, or data engineering
  • 2+ years of experience defining and measuring product success through KPIs and OKRs
  • 2+ years of experience delivering data products end-to-end
  • Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data pipelines, and BI tools
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience partnering cross-functionally with data engineering and business stakeholders
  • Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and backlog management
  • Familiarity with data governance and metadata management
  • Strategic and systems-oriented thinker
