About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the data product roadmap and align priorities with business goals
- Lead prioritization using value, impact, effort, risk, and dependency frameworks
- Partner with data engineering on data modeling, pipeline design, and scalable architecture
- Maintain a prioritized product backlog with defined epics, stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support agile delivery by clarifying requirements and removing blockers
- Lead discovery efforts through stakeholder engagement and usage analysis
- Translate business needs into product requirements and success metrics
- Champion data governance standards including quality, lineage, and compliance
- Promote data literacy across the organization
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data product management, analytics, or data engineering
- 2+ years of experience defining and measuring product success through KPIs and OKRs
- 2+ years of experience delivering data products end-to-end
- Working knowledge of SQL, data modeling, data pipelines, and BI tools
- Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with data engineering and business stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile product delivery and backlog management
- Familiarity with data governance and metadata management
- Strategic and systems-oriented thinker
