Data Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, execution, and adoption of AI-powered computer vision products across global markets.
• Partner with commercial stakeholders in LATAM, US, and Mexico to drive product understanding and unlock new use cases.
• Lead quarterly product planning in collaboration with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and Software Engineers.
• Define Epics and High-Level Requirements (HLRs) with a focus on user experience, model behavior, and dashboard visibility.
• Manage the product backlog and lead Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Track and report on key performance metrics, including model performance, team productivity, and adoption trends.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing data or ML-driven products.
• Strong understanding of the machine learning lifecycle (data preparation, training, deployment, and monitoring).
• Ability to translate complex business problems into technical requirements for AI/ML solutions.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to bridge business and engineering audiences.
• Fluency in English and advanced proficiency in Spanish.
• Ability to work on-site in São Paulo.

Preferred Qualifications

• Solid background in Product Management specifically within ML/AI environments.
• Hands-on experience writing technical documentation and detailed product requirements.
• Foundational understanding of software architecture, including APIs and databases.
• Experience working in highly cross-functional Agile environments.
