Data Platform Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain enterprise-scale data models, data warehouses, and data integration solutions across business domains
• Review data models and solution designs for completeness, quality, performance, and adherence to architecture standards
• Evaluate and compare tools, technologies, and architectural options to recommend fit-for-purpose solutions
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of business, technical, and operational metadata frameworks
• Collaborate with data governance and engineering teams to ensure consistency and alignment across domains

Requirements

• 5–8 years of relevant experience
• Deep knowledge of Azure Data Services, including Azure Synapse, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, and Databricks
• Proven experience in defining data standards, lineage, and catalog management practices
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills with a focus on solution quality and scalability
