Data Platform & Apps Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of data platform changes across upstream and downstream systems
• Support large-scale BSS/OSS transformation programs within a telecom environment
• Manage the full lifecycle from design through build, test, and release
• Track dependencies, resolve blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality outcomes
• Act as a key liaison between the Data Migration team and downstream system owners
• Lead impact assessment workshops, governance forums, and stakeholder communications
• Proactively manage risks to platform stability and enforce data quality through validation and reconciliation frameworks
• Ensure robust rollback strategies are in place to safeguard operations

Requirements

• Strong experience in data platform delivery and program management, preferably within the telecom sector
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale BSS/OSS transformation or migration programs
• Experience managing complex system dependencies and multi-stream delivery
• Strong understanding of data platforms, data migration, and integration architectures
• Expertise in risk management, data quality governance, and validation frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for engaging business and technical teams
• Experience facilitating governance forums, workshops, and executive-level reporting
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, enterprise transformation environments
