Data Platform and AI Vulnerability and Compliance Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise vulnerability management programs for Data Engineering, Data Science, and AI/ML platforms
• Establish processes for vulnerability discovery, prioritization, remediation, and reporting
• Secure enterprise data ecosystems including Data Lakes, Warehouses, ETL pipelines, and GenAI applications
• Conduct security assessments and configuration reviews for Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Services, Databricks, and Snowflake
• Mitigate AI-specific risks such as prompt injection, data leakage, and adversarial attacks
• Integrate security and compliance controls into DevSecOps and MLOps pipelines
• Lead compliance initiatives aligned with ISO 27001, SOC2, GDPR, and AI Governance Frameworks
• Act as a trusted advisor to Data, AI, and Security leadership teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Vulnerability Management, and Compliance
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML or Generative AI security
• Proven expertise in Cloud Security and Data Platform Security
• Deep understanding of DevSecOps, MLOps, CI/CD, and container security
• Experience with security tools such as Tenable, Qualys, Wiz, Prisma Cloud, or Snyk
• Strong ability to manage internal and external security and compliance audits

Preferred Qualifications

• Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or CRISC
• Azure Security Engineer certification
• ISO 27001 expertise
