Data Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the sourcing roadmap for Communications Service Providers (CSPs) and data providers across the Americas (US & LATAM).
• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize prospective CSP and data providers, including telcos, aggregators, and alternative data sources.
• Lead the full lifecycle contract process, including outreach, business development, term sheets, commercial negotiations, and renewals.
• Coordinate with legal, privacy, and technical teams to assess the regulatory and technical readiness of providers.
• Manage vendor onboarding, integration planning, and ongoing performance tracking through quarterly business reviews.
• Provide market intelligence regarding partner gaps, pricing, and use cases to product, strategy, and sales teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in CSP, telecom, or data partnerships (e.g., mobile connectivity, identity, fraud, or biometric authentication).
• Deep understanding of telecom architecture, including signaling, routing, and API connectivity.
• Proven experience negotiating complex commercial and technical contracts.
• Strong knowledge of data privacy and regulatory compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and regional LATAM regimes like LGPD).
• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and spoken).
• Ability to work across multiple time zones and a willingness to travel 10-25%.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working with identity, fraud, verification, or telecom APIs.
• Existing relationships within CSP, telecom, or aggregator networks in LATAM and the US.
• Experience navigating the regulatory complexities of North America and Latin America.
• MBA or an advanced degree.
