Data Owner Senior Associate

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrated solutions using Python to ensure data is AI-ready for the Consumer and Community Bank.
• Develop and demonstrate Proof of Concepts (POCs) for making both structured and unstructured data compatible with AI/ML models.
• Leverage Large Language Models (LLMs), predictive models, and generative AI to optimize business data needs.
• Collaborate closely with Engineering and Data Science teams to productionalize prototype solutions.
• Partner with subject matter experts to analyze diverse data assets and provide actionable recommendations for data sequencing.
• Build and maintain monitoring dashboards and evaluation metrics for ML and generative AI models.

Requirements

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, or Data Science.
• 5+ years of experience in creating predictive models and generative AI solutions, including LLM prompt engineering and Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Strong proficiency in Python and associated libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn.
• Hands-on experience working with LLM APIs.
• Proficiency with SQL and data table operations.
• Experience designing, building, and maintaining ETL data pipelines using tools like SQL, Python, or Alteryx.
