Chai is a research lab working on generative models for molecular design. We are building AI infrastructure to engineer new medicines with speed and precision. Our mission is to unlock progress towards better cures and better science.

Responsibilities

• Drive data generation initiatives and scale Chai’s lab-in-the-loop data platform
• Work hand-in-hand with science and research teams to translate research goals into concrete deliverables
• Design and drive complex projects and workflows across multi-party relationships
• Manage experiments, success criteria, SOWs, timelines, and trackers
• Develop a vision for scaling the data program by orders of magnitude

Requirements

• Strong project management and communication skills
• Analytical nature with the ability to communicate highly technical information
• Ability to juggle concurrent projects and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Experience in startups or other intense, fast-paced environments
• Organized, scrappy, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
